In a few days, temperatures will begin to rise throughout Italy due to the arrival of the second heat wave this summer. In particular in Sardinia between Saturday and next Tuesday at least 43°C will be reached, but peaks of 45-47°C are not excluded.

In recent days in central and northern Italy there have been frequent thunderstorms, an unstable phase that will continue in the northern regions until Thursday: «From Friday 7 July, however, we will not be able to avoid the gigantic advance of a very hot air mass from Algeria », underlines Antonio Spanò, founder of the site www.iLMeteo.it.

Tomorrow showers are expected in the Alps while on Thursday the thunderstorms will also push again in the Po Valley, making July 6 cooler: normally the first week of July is one of the hottest of the year, in this 2023 we have an important delay on the table march of the dog days towards Italy.

From Friday, temperatures will begin to rise drastically and widely everywhere, from North to South, starting right from Sardinia.
