These are the regional councilor of the Psd'Az Giovanni Satta , accused of illicit trafficking of flu, the former councilor of the Municipality of Cagliari and current provincial secretary of Confintesa Anselmo Piras and the resuscitator-anesthetist Franco Savasta .

Their defenders had filed an application for the mitigation of the precautionary measure, but the judge, as mentioned, did not accept it.

At the three prosecutors Danilo Tronci and Emanuele Secci contest, together with the traffic of influences, also the crime of attempted extortion.

In front of the judge for the guarantee interrogations, everyone made use of the right not to answer.

The investigation was born from the complaint of Piergiorgio Ollano, the entrepreneur in the health sector who should have paid into the pockets of the three, through Savasta, one million euros as compensation for the mediation on the sale of the residence for the elderly for an amount of 11 million. 13 required.
