In Carbonia there is still a cockroach emergency, disinfestation in the area south of the city

The vagaries of the climate impose a new disinfestation intervention in Carbonia against the proliferation of cockroaches . This time the emergency concerns a good portion of the area south of the city and today the specialized technicians will be busy in via Sanzio, Dante, Manzoni, Tasso, Giotto, Newton.

The transit and parking of people and animals will be prohibited and it is advisable to keep doors and windows tightly closed, to keep animals, linen and aromatic herbs grown in pots at home.

The presence of cockroaches was noticed by quite a few inhabitants of the area to the point that it was necessary, also by the Municipality, to request the operations of the insect control center on several occasions.
