Iglesias, hit by tree he was uprooting with tractor: he is in coma

Drama this morning in the countryside of Iglesias: a 74-year-old man was busy trying to uproot a large tree, on board his tractor, when the plant fell on him and overwhelmed him.
On site, in the Sa Stoia area, called by those who were there with the man, the 118 rescuers arrived immediately on board the Areus helicopter.
The seventy-four-year-old was unconscious and was urgently transferred to Brotzu: he is in a coma, intubated and hospitalized in intensive care.
