Health investigation, three arrests in Cagliari: there is a regional councilor
The transaction on the sale and acquisition of the Monastir RSA, the provisions issued against Giovanni Satta (Psd'Az), Anselmo Piras (Confintesa) and a doctor
The regional councilor of the Psd'Az Giovanni Satta , the former municipal councilor and former councilor of Cagliari, as well as the provincial secretary of Confintesa, Anselmo Piras, and the doctor Franco Savasta were arrested this morning as part of an investigation conducted by the prosecutor of Cagliari on the sale and acquisition of the Monastir RSA .
The measures, issued by the investigating judge of the Cagliari court Michele Contini - at the request of the prosecutors Danilo Tronci and Emanuele Secci - were carried out this morning by the Gico of the Guardia di Finanza : the three are under house arrest .
Searches are underway , no further details on the charges are known at the moment.
