The problem emerged last Monday when the internal cyber attack on the public administration began to present access problems and the total blocking of the databases that manage building practices, administrative acts, decisions and resolutions.

The data has been encrypted and to decrypt it, a ransom must be paid to restore the service. This type of malware is able to encrypt all files and data on the affected machines and the decryption key is provided only after the payment of a large ransom, increasingly often in Bitcoin.
