Alex Cerato, a childhood friend of the young Italian-Norwegian who accuses Ciro Grillo and three of his friends – Edoardo Capitta, Francesco Corsiglia and Vittorio Lauria – of group sexual violence , confirmed in the courtroom what had already been declared during the preliminary investigations.
Today the young man testified as a witness in the courtroom of Tempio Pausania , during a hearing - the eighth - behind closed doors. According to legal sources, he repeated the story that his friend told him two days after the alleged violence that took place on the night between 16 and 17 July 2019, after an evening at the disco, in the villa owned by Beppe Grillo in Porto Cervo.
In front of the prosecutor Gregorio Capasso Cerato she retraced both the hours preceding the alleged sexual violence and the following days in which she would have had the opportunity to gather her friend's confidences.
The two had met after what happened on the farm owned by Cerato's grandfather, in San Pantaleo, and here the girl would have talked about the night spent in Grillo's cottage.
The deposition of the psychologist scheduled for today has been postponed to May 12. Furthermore, on May 29, another prosecution consultant, a computer technician, will be heard.
The four boys charged today were absent.
