The Sassari Court of Appeal has set the first hearing of the Grillo appeal case for November 12, 2026.
The document was notified to Francesco Corsiglia , Edoardo Capitta , Ciro Grillo and Vittorio Lauria who had all been sentenced in Tempio for the events that occurred in Porto Cervo on 17 July 2019.
The notice was also sent to the two civil parties, the alleged rape victim and her friend. The president of the Court of Appeal is Giovanni Maria Delogu.
