During the inspection, carried out by the personnel of the 15th Area Control Center for Fishing of the Maritime Directorate of Olbia – Coast Guard, over a quintal and a half of fish was found, in particular red and purple shrimp , without the registration in the electronic logbook required by European and national legislation. In addition to the fine of 4,000 euros, three points were also assigned to the license and three points to the Captain of the fishing vessel.
For the seized fish, the intervention of the veterinarians of the ASL of Olbia was requested, who ascertained the state of conservation and edibility.
