Global IT crash, chaos in Sardinian airports: cancellations and delays of up to two hours

There are dozens of delayed and canceled flights recorded in all Sardinian airports . And these are not only flights in territorial continuity, but also some "low cost" ones used above all by tourists to arrive on the island or return to the cities of departure.
In Cagliari up to an hour delay in flights to Milan and Bergamo, two hours delay to Paris, the ITA flight to Milan Linate at 3.50pm was cancelled . In Olbia the management company was forced to take action by proceeding with the manual acceptance of flights at check-in: several flights to Nice, London, Milan Malpensa, Amsterdam were delayed, and two hours late to Dusseldorf. Delays also for those arriving from Milan, Lyon, Rome, Dusseldorf, Bergamo, Nantes, Vienna and Amsterdam. Three flights were cancelled: the 2.35pm flight to Berlin, the 2.40pm flight to Rome Fiumicino and the 7.55pm flight to Paris . Geasar recommends arriving at the stations well in advance, given the large influx of passengers at the airport. Delays also reported in Alghero .
Ryanair had already released a message in the morning in which it reported possible delays in flight booking and check-in operations and invited passengers to go to the airport at least 3 hours before the flight . Airlines are now advising passengers to check the status of their flights before reaching airports .
