She couldn't stand seeing her mother abused and beaten in front of her and began filming the violence she witnessed at home. A ten-year-old girl from Gallura captured her mother's physical and psychological abuse and harassment on her smartphone.

Then, when the time came, the little girl gave the files to the victim of the abuse to be handed over to the Carabinieri. The videos were the most important evidence on the basis of which this afternoon a man was sentenced to two years in prison . The Tempio Tribunal (presided by Caterina Interlandi) granted the requests of the prosecutor Noemi Mancini and the civil party's lawyer, Delia Serra. The man was found responsible for abuse that continued from 2019 to 2024.

The victim is being cared for by volunteers from Prospettiva Donna. The defendant has shown no interest in the trial, but attorney Giuseppe Remedia has provided legal representation.
