Flumini, growing marijuana plants in the garden (with illegal connection): arrested

Possession and production of narcotic substances in competition, as well as theft of electricity, are the charges to which a 57-year-old from Cagliari and a 53-year-old from Quartu arrested red-handed by the carabinieri of the Temporary Station of Flumini di Quartu must answer .

The soldiers identified them by following and observing known drug users : thus they reached the homes where a small plantation had been built.

During the search, with the help of an anti-drug dog unit of the Cagliari Company, the Carabinieri found over 150 grams of marijuana, some doses of hashish and, in the garden of one of the houses, 17 indica hemp plants, approximately 2 meters and full of inflorescences . To complete the picture, there was the discovery of an illegal connection to the electricity grid of the plants supporting the cultivation activity: hence the report for the theft of electricity.
