Fire in Quartucciu: "My land was burned by an electrocuted crow."

The human hand behind the fires. No, the crow's paws. This is what is said to have happened in Quartucciu , in a rural area where a week ago, on July 24th, a fire broke out on private land.

Luca Etzi , the owner of the area, recounted the incident: "A crow was electrocuted by the high-voltage pylons, which then generated the spark that started the fire."

Civil defense and firefighters had to intervene to put out the fire. "The sparks came from that poor electrocuted animal," he later wrote on social media. "The firefighters also confirm this. Now we're looking for an agricultural expert who can assess all the damage caused."
