The driver, noticing the sudden presence along the line, was forced to make an emergency stop, causing delays and inconvenience to passengers and the regularity of the service.
The Carabinieri of Villacidro intervened on the scene, immediately launching a search within the railway area.
The man was located shortly thereafter in the station bar. He is a 25-year-old Sudanese man, unemployed and living in the Cagliari area, but legally present in Italy.
According to the police's reconstruction, the man offered no explanation for the action that led to the traffic blockade. After the investigation, he was reported to the judicial authorities for the crime of disrupting a public service.
