“I haven't seen it, I haven't seen any scooters”. The 30-year-old from Selargius driving the Ford Fiesta involved in the tragic accident that took place in Cagliari, on the Median Axis, on Tuesday evening, costing the life of Simone Longu, 35, is reported to the Municipal Police officers.
According to a reconstruction of the incident, his car would have hit the scooter on which Longu was traveling after the entrance ramp from Viale Marconi , throwing it against the guardrail, leaving him no way out.
The investigations continue tightly, with the brigade looking for witnesses of the incident.
Meanwhile, tomorrow, at 4 pm, relatives and friends will give their last farewell to the victim, with the funeral ceremony in the church of Piazza Medaglia Miracolosa in San Michele .
