Eurallumina's protest has been called off: workers leave the silo after meeting with Minister Calderone.

On the thirteenth day of the sit-in at the silo forty metres above ground , Eurallumina workers suspended their protest in preparation for the meeting at Mimit called for 10 December.

The workers' assembly that met in Portovesme welcomed the commitments made by Minister of Labor Marina Calderone and, sharing the decision with the silo workers, suspended the protest, pending the outcome of the ministerial meeting.
