Flurry of complaints and two driving licenses withdrawn during the drunken driving prevention services implemented by the Cagliari police in the days leading up to Easter.
Numerous checks were carried out by agents in different areas of the city on the night between Friday and Saturday.
In some cases, as mentioned, after the breathalyser tests, for drunk drivers behind the wheel, the report to the judicial authority was triggered.
One of them, in particular, was found to have a blood alcohol level four times higher than the permitted one. For this he will also have to say goodbye to the driving license for a while, as well as deal with the inevitable complaint.
The same fate, at the beginning of the week, had befallen a 50-year-old, also stopped by the brigade - in this case driving a scooter (without revision and with expired insurance and revoked license) - with a BAC of 4 times higher than the tolerance threshold.
