Drugs and ammunition at home: mother and son under arrest in Ittiri
Discoveries in the home of the two cocaine, marijuana hashish and pistol ammunition
They hid drugs and ammunition at home in the town of Ittiri. Surprised by the carabinieri, mother and son ended up in handcuffs.
The discovery following a search carried out on the night of Saturday 19 February, and after the military had stopped a young man from Borutta with two doses of cocaine, caught in the act of buying the drug from the young man who came out of his home.
The subsequent home search revealed: 21 grams of cocaine, 130 grams of marijuana, 30 grams of hashish, 5 ammunition per pistol, substance for cutting drugs plus packaging material, as well as some precision sling bars.
What was found was kidnapped, and mother and son were declared under arrest.
House detention has been arranged for the young man caught in the act of crime while making the sale to the buyer.
