The name of an entrepreneur has been entered in the register of suspects of the Tempio Prosecutor's Office for the death of Smeraldo Luzzi, the 55-year-old man alleged to be the victim of an accident at work which occurred in Olbia on 10 June.

The investigations are coordinated by the public prosecutor Alessandro Bosco who ordered the autopsy on the victim's body, the activity is scheduled for next Tuesday. Luzzi's death occurred in hospital several days after the accident which allegedly occurred during the transfer of a small car with a tow truck.

According to rumours, the owner of the company and the other workers present at the time of the accident claimed not to know the victim, ruling out that he had an employment relationship with the company.

A situation which the Carabinieri and the Spresal staff of the Olbia Local Health Authority are investigating. It would have already been established that the victim did not have a regular employment contract. The lawyer of the company involved in the investigation, the lawyer Gerardo Giacu, did not want to make statements on the ongoing investigations.
