On 21 March 2020 Fabio Serventi, 24, had disappeared from Perdaxius and no one has ever heard of him. Today, before the Court of Assizes of Cagliari, at the trial against the 35-year-old Andrea Pinna accused of murder, a twist. The accused's friend confirmed in the courtroom what had already been leaked during an environmental interception: "They will never find the body - in Pinna's words -, only I know where it is". And in fact, despite the searches of firefighters, divers and carabinieri, the 24-year-old has completely lost track.

For the indictment, Minions would have been killed and then thrown around a dam for a drug debt.

A retired police colonel also testified before the judges, who revealed that he had collected the testimony of a relative, now dead, who had learned from the victim that he had been threatened for a debt of about 20 thousand euros. Pinna, defended by the lawyer Teresa Camoglio, is accused of killing the 24-year-old on commission of unknown people.

To aggravate the position of the accused, some conversations captured by the investigators of the weapon and the victim's scooter, changed hands and that the man says he found, but also other interceptions with his girlfriend.

To defend the family of Serventi are the lawyers Patrizio Rovelli and Fabrizio Rubiu.

The next hearing will take place on April 4.
