Last act for the trial celebrated in Tempio (before the panel chaired by Caterina Interlandi) on the financial collapse of the companies of the Sassari entrepreneur Antonello Fara.

Five years in prison, this is the request of the public prosecutor Alessandro Bosco for Fara, accused of bankruptcy for the alleged diversion of assets of his Olbia company, Ge.T. srl (bankrupt in 2017). The one in Tempi is just one of the strands of a much broader story that concerns the Fara companies , all active, with over one hundred employees, in the road haulage sector and at the center of a major investigation by the Fiamme Gialle (with the involvement of an official of the Sassari Revenue Agency).

We are talking in particular about Eu Traf, a company based in Sassari, in the industrial area of Truncu Reale. The Tempio prosecutor contested the theft of 25 road tractors, a tractor and several cars . According to the Prosecutor's Office, and according to the bankruptcy attorney, the lawyer Fabio Varone, the assets were made to disappear from the Olbia warehouse to avoid them from the procedure and furthermore some documents were also destroyed.

In the classroom the transfer of the Olbia company to Russia was discussed . The accusations were rejected by the entrepreneur's lawyers, Ivano Iai and Francesco Porcu. The reading of the sentence was postponed for replies from the parties.
