The Tempio Pausania prosecutor's office has ordered the seizure of the smartphone of a woman who was allegedly contacted by Emanuele Ragnedda immediately after the murder of Cinzia Pinna, which occurred on the Conca Entosa estate on the night between September 11th and 12th.
Prosecutor Noemi Mancini, who is leading the murder investigation alongside Prosecutor Gregorio Capasso, has examined evidence provided by lawyer Umberto Furnari, representing Rosa Maria Elvo, another friend of Ragnedda's who is currently under investigation for aiding and abetting. According to leaks, evidence has emerged that has allowed them to reconstruct contacts between the confessed perpetrator and the kidnapped woman , both in the hours before and immediately after the crime.
Ragnedda reportedly arranged a meeting at the estate, where the body of the thirty-three-year-old from Castelsardo was still located.
