As soon as the first guaranteed period ended, around ten trains were cancelled in Sardinia due to the general strike called by the CGIL . Among the main trains that were cancelled were the mid-morning connections between Cagliari and Sassari and those between Cagliari and San Gavino.

So far, there are no disruptions for those departing and arriving on the island on planes, which are currently operating regularly at the three airports of Cagliari, Olbia, and Alghero, with regular connections guaranteed. There are also no disruptions for those traveling by bus in Cagliari, where, according to reports, no disruptions are planned. Some drivers have decided to abstain from working for the regional transport company, ARST, but again, there are no disruptions for students or other passengers.
