A 30-year-old from Villacidro, convicted, was denounced by the Cagliari Mobile Squad for a series of thefts committed between 24 and 26 last December in a residential complex in via Is Maglias in Cagliari.

The man was identified after the agents saw dozens of images from video surveillance systems in the area.

The 30-year-old had taken possession of scooters, bicycles and various objects kept inside the cars parked in the courtyard of the building complex. He had also broken into some garages from which he had stolen various items.

The man was reported for aggravated theft and also for improper use of a credit card. In fact, he had stolen a credit card from one of the parked cars which he then used to make various purchases in Cagliari.

The 30-year-old will also have to answer for the violation of the preventive measure of the compulsory street document, issued by the Quaestor of Cagliari, which required him not to enter the Municipality of Cagliari.
