Charge to be redone in the proceeding for the alleged maxi shortfall in the accounts of the Bolognese entrepreneur and influencer, Gianluca Vacchi.
This afternoon the Tempio investigating judge, Marco Contu, dealt with the disputes against the former administrators of the Vacchi estate, Pietro Oliva, from Olbia, and Stefania Schirru, from Simaxis , accused of embezzlement for a sum close to one million euros which would be missing from the entrepreneur's accounts. For a long time, the two took care of all Vacchi's expenses, even the minimal ones.
The entrepreneur, a civil party in the process, is assisted by the lawyer Gino Bottiglioni. The defenses of the two former Sardinian administrators (lawyers Domenico Putzolu and Maria Caterina Pisano) presented an objection, informing the judge that the charge, in the most important part, is generic and imprecise .
Chief "a" attributes to Oliva and Schirru the responsibility of having taken possession of 911 thousand euros in a period between 2015 and 2020, without however indicating the conduct in detail. Judge Marco Contu accepted the request and ordered the prosecutor to better clarify the charges against the two defendants. The trial has been postponed until October 19th.
