Giampaolo Migali, the twenty-seven-year-old from Girasole investigated for the wounding of Andrea Contu (26 years old), a worker from Ilbono, which occurred in Bari Sardo on the evening of the murder of Marco Mameli (22 years old), also from Ilbono, availed himself of the right to remain silent.

The only one currently under accusation for the bloody events of that tragic Carnival party, assisted by the lawyer Marcello Caddori, appeared at the Lanusei Public Prosecutor's Office for questioning by the chief prosecutor, Paola Dal Monte, and the deputy, Giovanna Morra, head of both the investigation in which the boy is being investigated for assault and illegal possession of a weapon, and the one opened for the murder of Mameli where the investigators, for now, are proceeding against unknown persons.
