Carloforte, the mayor's post: "Schools are open as usual."

Schools will remain open on the island of San Pietro. This was clarified in a Facebook post published this evening by Carloforte's mayor, Stefano Rombi : "Schools will be open tomorrow. The reason is that, having consulted the COC (Conference Committee for the Prevention of Crucifixion) and assessed the local forecast (3 mm of rainfall, 25 km/h wind), I didn't consider it a necessary measure."

"Tomorrow," the mayor of Carloforte specifies, "we will evaluate how to proceed with regards to Tuesday."
