Carbonia, falls to the ground in Piazza Ciusa: head injuries, transferred to Brotzu with the helicopter rescue

A middle-aged man, for reasons yet to be ascertained, fell last night around 5 pm near the staircase in Piazza Ciusa - Mercato in Carbonia, injuring his head.
On the spot, in addition to the traders of the nearby activities, the 118 ambulance of the Solky Soccorso arrived and took care of the patient. Given the conditions, it was necessary to call in the helicopter rescue for the transfer to the Brotzu in Cagliari.
At first the helicopter searched for a landing site in the center in some area not far from the incident, but eventually landed inside the Zoboli municipal stadium where training for the Carbonia Calcio youth teams was about to begin.
On site the local police who have provided to regulate access to the sports facility.
The man, after being stabilized by the personnel who arrived by helicopter and by the Solky personnel inside the ambulance, was transported with a stretcher inside the aircraft to be transferred to the Brotzu.
