A 27-year-old man, in an evident state of mental alteration, barricaded himself inside his home in via Lisbon, threatening to blow up the house.
The intervention of the carabinieri, firefighters, 118 ambulances and local police was immediate. The area has been cleared and cordoned off.
After a few hours, the carabinieri convinced the man to open the door but once inside the soldiers were attacked with a bar.
The young man was immobilized and taken to the barracks in custody.
Inside the house, no trace of explosives or other material that could have caused a detonation.
