But, due to the continuous administrative delays of the validation company, the decisive act has not yet been published by the City Council. September was the rumored date. And as the deadline for submitting the official dossier to Rome approaches (October 1), the municipal administration finds itself having to speed up or risk excluding the Sardinian capital from the candidate cities to host the 2032 European Championship. The topic of infrastructure also resonated forcefully during the meeting of the FIGC Federal Council, which convened yesterday in Rome in the "Paolo Rossi" room. President Giovanni Malagò gave the Council a detailed report on the progress of the candidacies for UEFA Euro 2032, which has been jointly hosted by Italy and Turkey. The timeframe for Italian cities aspiring to be included in the group of final host cities is extremely tight. September 30 is the deadline for the FIGC to officially submit the appropriate documentation to UEFA.
