Cagliari, waste and incivility a stone's throw from the bastion of Santa Croce

Evident signs of incivility and abandonment in the Castello district in Cagliari .

Almost like every Sunday morning, the bins for separate waste collection are used as a deposit by the guests of the numerous B & Bs in the neighborhood who have to leave the apartments free and do not know where to throw the waste.

The bins work with an electronic key and those who do not have it are forced to leave the waste at the mercy of the seagulls .

This is the result, just a stone's throw from the terrace of the bastion of Santa Croce, Cagliari's good living room.
