Even the signs in the streets of Cagliari reflect the bizarre "decisions" of the bureaucracy. On the Scafa bridge, at the entrance to the capital, towards Via Riva di Ponente, the horizontal signs were rearranged a few months ago. But the white lines were not drawn at the stop sign on Via San Paolo, at the end of a "blind" climb. There is a sign, but the total absence of signs on the asphalt fuels dangers, as confirmed by the frequent rear-end collisions detected by the police. But nobody does anything.
