Vehicles worth over 50,000 euros stolen, an illegal car wash, and several common areas cordoned off and blocked off without authorization .
This morning, the Carabinieri of the Cagliari San Bartolomeo station , together with the fire brigade, the local police and personnel from the Canine Units, the Labour Inspectorate, the NAS and the NOE, put an end to an illegal situation in the common areas of a residential complex in the Sardinian capital and reported a 54-year-old.
During the searches , three motorcycles, a car, and several dismantled mechanical parts were found, with a street value of over 50,000 euros . All of the stolen items were seized and ready to be returned to their rightful owners.
It doesn't end there: the Carabinieri also discovered a car wash set up without any environmental or administrative permit , which is currently under investigation. With the help of the Fire Department, the common areas of the residential complex were also restored, clearing and making accessible some areas that had been cordoned off and blocked off with fences and masonry without any permit.
A 54-year-old man, believed to be the manager of the area used for illegal parking and storage, has been charged. Investigations are ongoing into other individuals involved .
