Cagliari, under the bridge of Viale Marconi there are the "waterfalls": huge water loss

Every day it gets worse. There are hundreds of liters of water that have been leaking continuously for 24 hours from the pipes that pass under the bridge of Viale Marconi that overlooks the Terramaini canal.

Starting with a small trickle, the phenomenon intensified for weeks, to the point of (almost) preventing transit in the cycle/pedestrian underpass that runs alongside the watercourse: there are waterfalls that seem to flow from the concrete, for about twenty meters.

Above is one of the busiest roads in the Cagliari area . Interventions so far? A red and white plastic ribbon that should prevent passage. Nothing more.
