They served customers raw fish without having subjected it to blast chilling procedures . The irregularity was discovered by Nas of Cagliari during an inspection of a Chinese-owned restaurant in the historic center of the city.

During the inspection it emerged that raw fish products used for the preparation of sushi were administered without compliance with the regulations aimed at the prevention of anisakis parasitosis.

The premises used as a kitchen, food preparation equipment and fish products were placed under administrative seizure. The value amounts to about 50 thousand euros.

The administrative and health authorities have been informed of the measures they will want to adopt.
