A sixteen-year-old boy was hit this morning while he was on his way to school in Cagliari .

The accident occurred near Piazza Giovanni XXIII , the young man who was crossing the street was a few dozen meters from the school. Hit in the legs, he fell on the asphalt.

The young man was immediately rescued by an ambulance from 118, his conditions are not worrying .

According to witnesses, the driver of the car "just waved his hand to apologize and drove away, without checking what had happened."
