On Thursday he was surprised by Cagliari local police officers trying to damage the swimming pool facilities between via Campeda and via Mandrolisai to steal copper parts for resale.

After being stopped, identified and reported to the Prosecutor's Office, he was released and so was his accomplice. The next day, however, he went back to the same pool, this time alone, again stealing copper .

For this the agents arrested him, detained him in the security rooms, and then took him to court for the trial.

He is a 50-year-old resident of Cagliari. The judge has ordered the obligation of residence and signature to him.
