Carabinieri conducted extraordinary checks in Piazza del Carmine. Following a citizen's report, officers identified ten people overnight.
The alarm was raised regarding the presence of several people in a state of psychophysical alteration who were loitering in the area. Piazza del Carmine is still designated as a reinforced protection zone, according to a prefect's order, aimed at ensuring urban decorum and safety.
In particular, a 36-year-old woman resident in Gallura, a 61-year-old homeless man from Cagliari and a forty-year-old resident in Sestu were ordered to leave immediately for violating the provisions contained in the Prefecture's order.
A forty-four-year-old woman resident in Decimomannu was also reported by the Municipality of Cagliari for failure to comply with the mandatory expulsion order.
