Cagliari, hit on the crosswalk while crossing Viale Poetto

A 24-year-old woman was hit this morning in Cagliari while crossing Viale Poetto, near the Villasanta barracks.

According to initial information , she was on the crosswalk when a man driving a Panda hit her : it cannot be ruled out that visibility was reduced due to the sun still being low on the horizon .

The young woman was taken to Brotzu in red code: After the first tests it emerged that his conditions are serious - he suffered a bad head trauma - but his life is not in danger.

The local police and 118 emergency services intervened on site.
