Yesterday was a busy evening in via Baylle in Cagliari where the carabinieri of the San Bartolomeo station and the Radiomobile intervened at the request of some citizens who reported the presence of a group of boys who created disturbance to passers-by and customers of the premises.

The military did in fact identify a gathering of young people but upon their arrival the situation appeared to be in the process of being resolved. One of these, however, approached the patrol, spat on the service car and threatened the carabinieri . These tried to block it with the supplied stinging spray . The boy, in the throes of a strong state of aggression, tried to hit them several times.

The use of the taser was therefore necessary, which made it possible to render the young man harmless and to secure him. While the military car was moving away, a foreigner - to be identified - lay down on the hood to prevent it from marching. The driver, after a manoeuvre, still managed to leave.

For these facts, a 30-year-old resident of Sestu was reported for violence or threat and resistance to a public official.
