The forty-seven-year-old motorcycle driver was seriously injured late in the evening in Cagliari in a collision with a car. Transported in red code to the Brotzu hospital, the man is now hospitalized in urology: the prognosis remains reserved for a chest trauma, but his life is not in danger.

The accident occurred shortly after 11:00 p.m. in via Monte Grappa. The dynamics are still uncertain and the Local Police are investigating the matter. According to initial information, the motorcyclist was hit by a vehicle, falling to the ground and also suffering a deep wound that caused him to lose a lot of blood. The 118 emergency services intervened on the scene with a medicalized “Mike” unit.

In via Monte Grappa, the officers of the Local Police Accident Section remained, who carried out the surveys and collected the first testimonies to try to reconstruct the dynamics and ascertain any responsibilities.
