Tense moments erupted last night in Uta , where a trivial argument led to the arrest of three men , one of whom will also be charged with attempted murder. During the brawl, the man shot someone with a spear gun , wounding him in the arm. According to the reconstruction by the Carabinieri, who responded to the scene with the Operational and Radiomobile Unit of the Iglesias Company, along with officers from the Uta and Vallermosa stations, the violent argument involved three men aged between 45 and 50 , all residents of the Cagliari hinterland and already known to law enforcement.

During the brawl, one of the three allegedly grabbed a spear gun and fired at a 50-year-old man who was with the three but was not involved in the fight. He was hit in the arm but suffered only minor injuries.

Once on the scene, the Carabinieri managed to restore calm and separate the combatants with difficulty. Following an immediate personal search, two of them were each found in possession of a knife. The weapons were seized, along with the spear gun. All those involved, who suffered minor injuries during the fight, were treated by the 118 emergency personnel who responded to the scene and then taken to the station, where, following the investigation, they were declared under arrest and transferred to the prison in Uta .
