Twenty-two illegal campers, fines of almost 7 thousand euros and one hundred people identified. These are the numbers of the new raid by the police in the "Valle della Luna", in Santa Teresa Gallura, a town in the protected area of Cala Grande. The Carabinieri of the Tempio Pausania company, together with the Carabinieri Hunters squadron of Abbasanta and the local police of Santa Teresa, have joined forces to ensure respect for the area.

Mayor Nadia Matta also participated in the operation, expressing her appreciation for the effective action of the police. During the operation, 22 people were sanctioned for illegal camping, with a total of 6,600 euros in fines.

The mayor personally thanked the military and police, recognizing their commitment to protecting the territory.
