Significantly reduced sentences on appeal for the defendants of the attempted murder of Marcello Zucca , which happened in Flussio in April 2020. This morning the judges of the Court of Appeal of Cagliari sentenced Angelo Masala to eight years, compared to the 16 inflicted by the Court of Oristano , and at 7 and a half Manuel Delogu, in the first degree he was sentenced to ten . Finally, six months, the sentence remained unchanged for Giuseppe Delogu , father of Manuel (father and son are defended by the lawyers Rosaria Manconi and Antonella Piredda). The defense was satisfied, in particular the lawyer Gianluca Aste (who assists Masala with his colleague Antonio Balotacci), whose request for abbreviated procedure was accepted by the attorney general Michele Incani, who also acknowledged the generic extenuating circumstances.

The attack had taken place in April three years ago in the countryside between Flussio and Sagama, where Marcello Zucca had been hit with a billhook and a steel pipe.
