The activities are aimed at schools of all levels (preschool, primary, lower and upper secondary) and can be carried out in different environments depending on the needs of the class .
The Ceas (Centre for Environmental Education and Sustainability) Lago Barat z has developed the programme of training proposals that can be carried out both in the Special Conservation Area Lago di Baratz-Porto Ferro, to observe and learn about the naturalistic peculiarities, and in the city to discover the particularities of the urban environment, and in the classroom to make new discoveries through thematic workshops.
The main objective of the educational proposal is to involve students of all ages in research and exploration activities capable of stimulating the desire for discovery and knowledge of the environments visited so that they acquire awareness of the natural and cultural value of the explored areas, developing that sense of responsibility and care towards their own territory.
Ceas Lago Baratz will also work to help highlight the objectives of Agenda 2030 and to support teachers and students in a growth path towards understanding complexity and developing that critical thinking that allows us to explore, observe and understand reality.
The "research-together" methodology used will encourage active engagement in every moment of the fieldwork. The approach will be experimental and creative-emotional so as to allow the class groups to experience effective moments both from the point of view of information acquisition and from that of personal growth.
