Arzachena, under construction in an area at risk of landslides: Gianluca Vacchi's mega-villa seized

450 square meters under construction, a villa still in its rustic state but ready to be completed, for a huge market value. It is a pity that the Arzachena area in the Pantogia locality, where the new dream property of Gianluca Vacchi , a Bolognese entrepreneur famous for his wild social life, would be built, was covered by a hydrogeological constraint.
In particular, it would be an area Hg3, i.e. of high landslide hazard. Here the staff of the Tempio Pausania forestry department and the Olbia forestry station have sealed the villa, as a result of the request for preventive seizure by the Public Prosecutor's Office.
The property had in the past taken steps to remove unauthorized works, following previous inspections. Now the turning point, with new disputes that will be the subject of future checks.
