A 16-page manuscript , with names, circumstances and precise responsibilities, which outlines the contours of a mobbing story .

The document signed by Antonio Urgias , the 43-year-old waste collector who killed himself on the job last Friday after having shot two of his superiors in the knees, is already being examined by the public prosecutor's office.

The lawyer Elias Vacca , trusted lawyer of the worker who committed suicide, entrusted him this morning to the Carabinieri in Alghero. On the same day of the tragedy, the family members of the victim had sent him the dossier that would explain the reasons for his terrible act , last December 30, at the Ungias-Galantè eco-centre, when Urgias had shot two of his colleagues in the legs and then he had turned the weapon on himself, ending it.

The lawyer Elias Vacca made sure that the document ended up in the hands of the deputy prosecutor Mario Leo .

«When we talk about deaths in the workplace – comments the lawyer Vacca – they are not exclusively those which concern a worker electrocuted or crushed by a machine. Because in the face of desperation everyone reacts differently.
