Another robbery has attacked a business in Alghero. This time, the lone robber targeted the Ciriolo Pharmacy on Via Manzoni.
This is the fourth robbery in the city in just a few days, and the suspicion is that it is always the same criminal, armed with a gun and disguised in a Dalí mask-tights.
The raid occurred around 8:00 PM, shortly before closing time. The pharmacists reportedly handed over the cash in the register, after which the man disappeared on foot through the city center streets.
Carabinieri from the Alghero branch responded to the scene , having been tracking the Dalí-masked robber for days. He's become a nightmare for shopkeepers, striking relentlessly, sometimes twice a day.
