Yet another accident occurred this afternoon on the Quartu stretch of the Poetto . A driver traveling toward Margine Rosso ended up in the roundabout in front of the Bussola and was unable to escape.

Local police officers and an ambulance rushed to the scene to assist the driver, who was not seriously injured.

Local police officers, who have also planned to use a breathalyzer, will now determine the exact circumstances of the accident . They will need to determine, for example, whether the man suffered a sudden illness that caused him to lose control of the car.

Accidents at the roundabout are occurring more and more frequently. Some time ago, a man crashed his car into the roundabout, then got out and attempted suicide by jumping into the sea. And many others speeding on the road have lost control and ended up in the roundabout.

This not only damages the lawn but also the road signs. The same thing often happens in the city center, at the small roundabout between Via San Benedetto and Via Fiume, which has also been destroyed several times.
