From the Ariston Theater and broadcast in prime time on Rai1, the 73rd edition of the Sanremo Festival will be staged from tomorrow until Saturday 11 February , the first completely Covid-free. The host will be Amadeus for the fourth consecutive year; next to him his friend Gianni Morandi. Co-presenters Chiara Ferragni on the first and last evening, journalist Francesca Fagnani on Wednesday, volleyball player Paola Egonu on Thursday and actress Chiara Francini on Friday. Among the guests Mahmood , originally from Orosei, with Blanco, and in connection with the Costa Smeralda ship moored off the coast of the City of Flowers, the rapper from Olbia Salmo . To Andrea Delogu - father of Sorso - the conduction of the PrimaFestival.

FIRST EVENING – Tuesday the first 14 songs in the competition: Anna Oxa, gIANMARIA, Mr.Rain, Marco Mengoni, Ariete, Ultimo, Coma_Cose, Elodie, Leo Gassmann, Cugini di Campagna, Gianluca Grignani, Olly, Colla Zio, will perform in order Mara Sattei. At the end of the evening, the first provisional ranking, drawn up with the vote of journalists divided between print, radio and web. Guests of honor Mahmood and Blanco, the Poohs with Riccardo Fogli and Elena Sofia Ricci.

SECOND EVENING – Wednesday it's the turn of the other 14 artists in the competition: Will, Modà, Sethu, Article 31, Lazza, Giorgia, Colapesce Dimartino, Shari, Madame, Levante, Tananai, Rosa Chemical, LDA, Paola & Chiara . Once again they will be judged only by accredited journalists in the press room while the final classification will include all 28 songs. Guests the unprecedented trio formed by Al Bano, Massimo Ranieri and Morandi, the Black Eyed Peas, Angelo Duro and Francesco Arca.

THIRD EVENING – All 28 singers in the competition will perform on Thursday. The opinion poll jury (a sample of 300 habitual music consumers) will contribute 50% to the new overall ranking and the vote from home for the remaining 50%. Guests of honor are Måneskin and Peppino Di Capri.

FOURTH EVENING – Friday the evening dedicated to covers and duets . The range of songs, both Italian and international, goes from 1960 to 2009. For the final ranking, which will average out with the previous ones, televoting will have a weight of 34%, journalists 33% and opinion polls 33%. Guests will host all the artists who will sing with the competitors as well as the cast of "Mare fuori".

FIFTH EVENING – All 28 artists return to the stage but the performance will only be voted on by the audience at home. Here is a novelty of the regulation: the finalists will not be three but five. The winning song will be decided by televoting for 34%, the press room for 33% and opinion polls for 33%. For the last evening guests Gino Paoli, Ornella Vanoni, Depeche Mode and Luisa Ranieri . There will be no video message from Ukrainian president Volodymyr Zelensky , the subject of strong controversy in recent days: Amadeus will read a text written by the leader of Kiev.

FIORELLO AT THE DOPOFESTIVAL – Another novelty: Fiorello's "Viva Rai2" moves to Rai1 and becomes the Dopofestival for the first four evenings. "Ciuri" will conduct live from Glass in via Asiago in Rome , with Gabriele Vagnato sent to Sanremo. For the PrimaFestival Delogu will be joined by Autogol and Jody Cecchetto. This will be followed by the Wild Musk kermesse, podcast by Fedez and Luis Sal, on Rai 2 at 18.45. Gué Pequeno, Fedez himself and Takagi & Ketra will also be on the Costa Smeralda ship. From the stage in piazza Colombo instead Piero Pelù, Francesco Renga, Nek, Achille Lauro, Annalisa and the Lista Representative.
